At Cammaert Farms, we offer monthly finish dates throughout the year, allowing customers to consistently stock their freezers. Reservations are typically made 4 to 6 months in advance of the finish date. To secure your share of beef, simply place a deposit on your desired cut below. This ensures that you receive high-quality, farm-to-fork Ontario beef. The current lead times are listed with the product descriptions, and all deposits will be subtracted from your final total.
