Cammaert Farms is committed to protecting your personal and financial information.
Our website and payment systems operate in compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).
We use Square to process credit card transactions securely. Square stores and encrypts all financial information; Cammaert Farms never receives, stores, or has access to your credit card numbers.
We also accept payments via Interac e‑Transfer and cash.
The only customer information we store is name, phone number, address, and email for invoicing and record purposes.
No banking or credit card information is stored on our website or in our business records.
Orders placed without a deposit do not hold a space in the processing schedule.
Once paid customers are assigned the finished date, the deposit is deducted from your final purchase price.
The deposit serves as the retainer for your order and is non-refundable, with any exceptions granted solely at our discretion
Full payment is required before custom cutting begins.
Failure to complete payment or respond to communication regarding payment may result in order cancellation.
At Cammaert Farms, we proudly stand behind the quality of our beef.
All products are non-refundable unless a quality defect in the beef is identified.
Our return policy is designed to support customers who receive a product that does not meet our high standards for quality and food safety.
It is not intended for returns based on preference changes or over-ordering.
If you have purchased more beef than you now require, we encourage you to store it for future use or share it with family and friends. Frozen beef has an excellent shelf life when properly stored.
Only products meeting the quality-related return criteria will be considered for return.

We cannot provide a refund for products not returned.
Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for all shipping fees and assume the risk of loss or damage during transit to and from Cammaert Farms.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist and determine the appropriate next steps.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
For quarters, halves, and whole beef:
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another available finishing date.
Reservations cancelled more than 60 days in advance may receive a partial refund, minus administrative fees, at our discretion.
A 40% administration fee is applied to all approved refund payments.
Refunds are submitted to your bank or card issuer within 5–10 business days after all fees have been verified.
All refunds are issued minus applicable payment processor chargeback or transaction fees.
Cammaert Farms collects only the information required to fulfill your order and communicate with you:

We do not store financial information, and we do not share or sell customer data.
All payments are processed securely through Square or Interac, which manages encryption and financial data protection in accordance with Canadian privacy and security standards.
