Reserving for late 2026 • Southwestern Ontario Beef | Farm-Direct From Cammaert Farms
Looking for a side of beef in the surrounding farming communities — including Middlesex County, Oxford County, Chatham-Kent, London, and rural West Lorne. Our half beef shares provide excellent variety and balanced proportion of cuts. Reservations should be made 6–7 months ahead of finishing.

Typical Total Cost: $1,800–$2,500 (based on hanging weight). Final price confirmed before the butcher date.
Yield: Roughly 170–220 lbs of freezer-ready beef. Ideal option for midsize families.
Freezer Space: Requires about 9–12 cubic feet (fits most residential freezers).
With a side of beef, you receive a generous selection of steaks, roasts, ground beef, stew meat, and bones — all delivered with balanced proportions. You can customize cutting instructions, including:

Your custom cutting preferences help tailor your beef to how your household cooks. We dry-age all beef for improved flavour and tenderness, then flash-freeze cuts to preserve freshness. Finished orders are picked up at our butcher.
This option works especially well for families seeking bulk freezer beef, farm-direct beef, or local Ontario beef without the volume of a whole beef share.

As your butcher date approaches, we will ask for your custom cutting instructions.
Your $300 deposit applies to the final purchase price, with the remaining balance due before cutting begins.
