Side of Beef Deposit
Grass-fed, Grain Finished Beef ~ Reserving for June 2025 pick-up and beyond.
$300
- The average cost range is $1,800-$2,500. Price is based on the hanging weight; the current price will be confirmed before the butcher date.
- Our side shares average 190-250 pounds in your freezer and will fit comfortably in a 9-12 cubic feet of freezer.
- Buying a side of beef gives you access to all eight primal selections, which can be further divided into sub-primal cuts. This means you have a wider range of cuts and can customize your order to your preferences, such as steak thickness and roast size. Plus, you don’t have to worry about matching the other portion of the side. It’s a great way to get a variety of cuts and cooking options in one purchase.
- If cutting the side beef into quarters, the side portions must match for cutting, and the quarter cut fee will apply.
- Our beef is dry-aged for approximately ten days and comes fast-frozen to keep fresh.
- Finished orders are picked up at our butcher.
