Whole Beef Share Details

  • Typical Total Cost: $3,500–$4,500 (based on hanging weight). Final price confirmed before butcher day.

  • Yield: Approximately 350–440 lbs of freezer-ready beef — excellent value for larger families.

  • Freezer Space: Requires about 17–21 cubic feet.

With a whole beef share, you enjoy the highest value per pound and full control over how your beef is portioned. You may choose to:

  • Keep it whole

  • Divide into sides

  • Divide into quarters

You choose steak thickness, roast sizes, ground beef percentage, and other preferences. Our standard mixed cut includes:

  • Prime-cut steaks

  • Roasts

  • Stew beef

  • Stir-fry strips

  • Ground beef

  • Beef ribs

  • Soup bones

We dry-age all beef to enhance flavour and tenderness and then flash-freeze it to preserve freshness. Finished orders are picked up at our trusted butcher.

This option is ideal for families who want bulk beef, farm-direct beef, or a year’s supply of freezer beef.

Next Steps

After you place your reservation, a Cammaert Farms representative will contact you with the next available finish date. You can let us know if you want the first available spot or a specific processing month.

As butcher day nears, we will ask for your cutting instructions.

Your $500 deposit applies toward the final cost, and the remaining balance is due before your beef is cut.
